These orders typically take at least six months to complete, with some taking years. Clients well versed in Hermès’ offerings know which features are reserved only for Horseshoe stamped or HSS bags, and this 28cm Sellier Kelly takes full advantage of its specialty status. The exterior of this bag is done in Chevre leather with brushed gold hardware, two options reserved exclusively for special orders, and the Rose Confetti exterior is a fan favorite pink, prized for its even, clean tone. The interior is done in Blue Paradis chevre leather and is constructed with an additional slip phone pocket, another option only found in HSS bags. Kept in store-fresh condition, this Kelly is an exceptional example of a HSS bag that is more unique than the rest.

Sellier – “boxy, structured, rigid” - The Kelly Sellier has visible topstitching along the side seams and no exterior piping like the Retourne. The corners and edges are “sharper” contributing to a more boxy look. Compared the retourne, the craftsmanship of the Sellier is a little more difficult and requires more steps. The seams are topstitched together and bees wax is applied to the edges, which protects the bag from damage. Due to this method of construction, the Sellier appears larger than a retourne in the same size. Out of the two styles, the Sellier is more limited.
