Hermès Kelly Un Point Sur Deux 28 Sellier Black Monsieur Leather Palladium Hardware - 2020, Y

Monsieur leather is a recent addition to Hermès, and is similar to Epsom with a smaller grain. To introduce this new material, Hermès released a very limited number of ‘Un Point Sur Deux’ Kelly bags featuring two alternating colors of stitching. This store-fresh example is done in black Monsieur leather with black and white stitching. Hermès has used this technique once before in the early 2000’s with a line of strangely shaped bags such as the Abal, featuring engraved Tuareg hardware. The effect on a 28cm Kelly is spectacular making this one of the most sophisticated and unusual Kellys of the past decade.
